Forging process engineer
Work content: design forging molds and processes according to customer drawings and specifications, and optimize and improve; track new product trial production, provide technical support, solve technical problems in the process of new product trial production, and complete trial production summary.
Experience in aluminum alloy and copper alloy forging process design is preferred.

1. Responsible for the development of all new product evaluation, quotation, mold design, and forging process design;
2. Responsible for the preparation of forging parts prototype production process flow;
3. Compilation of forging work instructions;
4. Design and manufacture molds, tooling, etc. used in new product projects;
5. Responsible for the process improvement of mature products;
6. job requirements:
1. Two years or more of forged aluminum or forged steel work experience, and those with outstanding learning ability can relax the requirements appropriately;

3. Have a certain resistance to pressure;
4. Material forming and control engineering, mold design and manufacturing, metal materials majors are preferred, skilled use of two-dimensional, three-dimensional and forging simulation software, professional counterparts and graduates who are proficient in software operations are also welcome.
